GIORGOS ZOUMBEKLIS
A graduate of the University of West Attica with a specialization in Finance and a Certified Public Accountant, with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He supports companies in strategic negotiations and in addressing complex financial challenges, including listed companies. He specializes in debt restructuring and improving business sustainability. He is a Certified Mediator of the Ministry of Justice and a Debt Restructuring Expert. His approach is characterized by strategic thinking, reliability, and deep knowledge of the financial environment.
CHARIS PANAGIOTOU
Graduate of the University of West Attica with a master’s degree in Finance from the University of Piraeus. He has worked in shipping and auditing companies, participating in the design of business plans and cash flow analysis, and supervising accounting tasks. He combines organizational and technical skills with the ability to support business objectives. At the same time, he has teaching experience in economics and accounting courses, participating in certification examination procedures.
Dr VASILIKI OIKONOMOPOULOU
Graduate of the Faculty of Law with highest honors and holder of a Doctorate in Public Law and Public Administration, with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law.
She is the author of the academic monographs “Application for Annulment” and “Administrative Trial – Substantive Review and Administrative Enforcement”, which are exhibited at the Hellenic Foundation for Culture.
She specializes in issues of general and special administrative law, including tax law, customs law, quasi-judicial appeals and substantive appeals, as well as applications for annulment. She also provides legal opinions on the implementation of special administrative legislation.
She teaches candidates of the Legal Council of the State and the National School of Judges (administrative law track), judicial clerks, as well as candidates preparing for ASEP (Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection) exams for administrative positions.
PANAGIOTIS KONSTANTOPOULOS
Graduate of the University of Piraeus with a master’s degree in Applied Economics & Finance (EKPA) and professional specialization in Auditing and Accounting. Executive with many years of experience in listed and multinational companies such as ANEK LINES and ERNST & YOUNG. With 25 years of experience in the financial sector, he specializes in performing complex financial analyses, integrated reporting system design, and strategic information for company management.
SPYRIDOULA RAPTI
Lawyer at the Supreme Court, Member of the Athens Bar Association, graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holder of a master’s degree in European Law from the above Law School. He specializes in Economic Criminal and Business Law, with extensive experience in fraud, tax, and stock market offenses. He provides strategic legal guidance and representation to clients in complex legal matters. He has negotiation and problem-solving skills in financial and business areas. He seeks to achieve optimal solutions based on the client’s needs.
